Hello Roseville! Look out for a sweet 78-degree Saturday, with much to do, from seeing magicians to outside live music. Otherwise, take the family out to one of the many kid-friendly events coming up.

New post schedule - The Roseville Newsletter will be moving to a bi-weekly post schedule starting next week. These posts will be on Tuesday and Saturday. Tuesday will be focused on the upcoming weekend, and Saturday more focused on the upcoming week. Expect these to be shorter reads, with however deeper content and more events per day.

Thursday - 6/19

  • Big Trucks Summer - Garbage

    • In this week’s edition of Big Trucks Summer we have garbage trucks. Learn all about these trucks and be able to even get inside them.

  • WPWMA Tour - Western Placer Waste Management Authority

    • Check out the WPWMA facilities and see how Roseville composts green waste and handles hazardous waste.

Friday - 6/20 - Not a lot going on this day. Some good live music though! (Live music section is below the events section if you did not know)

  • Campfire - Maidu Museum

    • Roast marshmallows while listening to great Indigenous stories around a campfire.

    • 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Maidu Museum, 1970 Johnson Ranch

Saturday - 6/21

  • Concerts on the Square - Pink Floyd Tribute

    • Live music every 3rd Saturday in town square starting this week. This one features Which One’s Pink, a tribute to Pink Floyd.

    • 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM @ Vernon Street Town Square

  • June Fest Jamboree - Wild West Style

    • Open to all event at Maidu Park, containing line dance lessons, vendors, food trucks and arts & crafts. There will also be a mustache competition (grown or not).

    • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Maidu Regional Park, 1550 Maidu Drive.

  • Family Field Day

    • Summer fun for the whole family. Play football, baseball, soccer and track inspired games and activities. There will also food trucks and various vendors.

  • Family Fun at Henry Crab Park

    • Support the Down Syndrome Information Alliance and have fun at Henry Crab Park. Bring snacks and a blanket.
