Sacramento Man Nabbed After Allegedly Driving to Roseville to Meet '13-Year-Old Girl'
A 41-year-old Sacramento man was arrested following an undercover Placer County Sheriff's sting targeting suspected online predators. Investigators say the suspect believed he was arranging to meet a 13-year-old girl in west Roseville after initiating contact online.

Circus Vargas is in Town
Circus Vargas returns with a new production featuring aerialists, acrobats, comedy, and other world-class performers under the big top. The family-friendly show runs for two hours and will be in town throughout August.

Roseville Gem, Jewelry, Fossil & Mineral Show
The annual Roseville Rock Rollers show returns with more than 80 vendors, museum-style exhibits, jewelry demonstrations, fossils, minerals, crystals, and hands-on activities for kids. The two-day event also features expert mineral identification, educational exhibits, and live demonstrations.

New Taproom Location: Crooked Lane Brewing
Crooked Lane Brewing will open its new taproom and pizza restaurant at 1805 Cirby Way, in the former Gregory's Pizza location. The brewery is targeting an opening by the end of September.
